Reading the Blog: in an attempt to keep things organized, there will be three different areas:
1. announcements- these are reminders, celebrations, helpful tips, and/or organizational information that will help us run more smoothly (items in this area will be maroon), unless it is matter of high importance- in which case it will be red.
2. calendar updates- look here to see upcoming events at Speas (items in this area will be black)
3. PBIS corner- contains helpful hints to reward and/or contain student behavior and announcements from your PBIS team
4. Kudos- celebrate for our success
5. Things that make you go hmmmm- interesting websites and other things to think about

1st-5th grade teachers- please begin going deeper into B.E.S.T. than just teaching the words. Please teach your classes the universals for each letter in BEST in our common areas as well as your classroom. This will be important when we must hold them accountable. Feel free to use the lesson plans, or come up with your own creative way to teach BEST.
