Announcements:
 October 24:  Day 1- B Week
                      1st LTM, 3rd Gym
                     Subway Day
                     Diaz @ Workshop

* Mrs. Diaz has several open slots in all grade levels, K-5.  She is a counselor with the partnership for a drug free America, and she would like to see students who are 'at-risk'.  These students include those with poor self-esteem, poverty, poor social skills, or students who may be exposed to drugs in the home or neighborhood.  If you have any students you would like to nominate for the program please send an email to Mr. Johnson.

*Don't forget to donate to the United Way Campaign.  If you give $20- you get to wear jeans.  There are also other prizes for those who give.  The deadline has been extended until Nov. 1st.

*The date for completion of the 1st GSN modules is quickly approaching.  We would like for all modules to be completed before the workday on Nov. 1.  That way, grade levels can begin working on the next modules.

*Teachers, please make sure we are enforcing the dress code by sending home the Smod Tickets and following up on the phone if parents do not respond.  A phone message went out last week reminding parents about our SMOD policy.
